RESERVATIONS
As soon as we have your date confirmation and acceptance of prices on a specific itinerary, we open a file and give you a status report on your request.

In case of groups, we accept to receive a preliminary rooming list 30 days prior to arrival for airline and hotel reservations.


GROUPS
Any pre-established itinerary that is considered a group departure as opposed to an FIT itinerary should be booked well in advance with us. This should state the minimum and maximum size of the group and precise departure date. This is necessary especially for the peak months between June and September.


FIT ARRANGEMENTS
We can elaborate itineraries on a fit basis in which case we need to know the minimum and/or maximum size of individual participation and itineraries with standards of services requested. Often group members decide to add-on an optional side-trip not included in the group itinerary such as extensions. We urge you to inform us of these optional additions prior to or after the group dates, so that all details in the operation of FIT's are taken care of and coordinated with the group itinerary.


BOOKING A TRIP & PAYMENT
We require a deposit of 50% of the total fee at the time you confirmed the trip, it should be with a minimum of 35 days prior to trip departure date. We also need at that time the final rooming list of participant with the number of people on single room and a personal form filled with data of each people coming on the trip.


FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment and balance of tour cost minimum 30 days prior to trip departure date.


LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
After a confirmation from our operations department, info@munaycha.com total payment of the trip fee, should be paying in advance. We consider last minute bookings all the confirmations and payments due 35 days prior to trip departure date. We also need at that time, the final rooming list of participant with the number of people on single room and a personal form filled with data of each people coming on the trip.


CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received up to 91 days prior to trip departure date is assessed on $ 150 per clients due administrative expenses. Cancellations between 61 to 90 days prior to trip departure date is assessed on the 30% of the total trip amount.

Cancellation between to 31 to 60 days prior to trip departure date is assessed on the 50% of the total trip amount. Cancellations 30 days prior to trip departure date, not refund.


INKA TRAIL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Due the Inca trail to Machu Picchu regulations, clients must confirm his trip paying the total amount of the trip and personal form filled with data of each people coming on the trip.
