This horseback route starts from the circular Andean terraces of Moray, an Inca agricultural experimentation center, along old llama trails used by the Incas to distribute salt all over their empire, passing through cultivated lands, the colonial village of Maras and the salt pans until finally reaching the Sacred Valley of the Incas. An impressive view of the snowy peaks of the Urubamba Cordillera.
