We offer short and long cross country hiking through the magic territory of the Sacred Valley, among scenic lakes, little known but marvelously engineered Inca constructions, Inca trails, straight and in terraced, some more physically demanding than others, depending on individual hiker’s experience.

Our hikes include the necessary transportation to pick up and leave hikers from starting and finishing points, first aid kit, a bilingual guide (two, if there are more than eight hikers), snacks, box lunch or picnic, depending on the route.

PEROLNIYOC TREK

HALF DAY HIKE

This is a mostly downhill walk between mountains where we will pass through the Raqaypata archaeological center and the Perolniyoc Waterfall. We will leave Urubamba for about 1 hour to the starting point of the trek. We will walk at the beginning in a gentle ascent, to then enter the ravine and take the old road to Raqaypata. After visiting the archaeological center, we will continue down with a view of the 80 m waterfall until we reach the base where we can cool off with the cold water. We will continue a little more until we reach our vehicle

LA QUEBRADA DE LOS LOROS - (CHINCHERO - URQUILLO) HIKE

HALF DAY HIKE

A visit to the picturesque village of Chinchero followed by a hike down a spectacular stone-paved Inca trail to a wooded gully and onto the Sacred Valley. Breathtaking views of the Apu Sawasiray on the route. MORAY - MARAS - SACRED VALLEY HIKE

HALF DAY HIKE

Our hike begins from the ancient Andean terraces of Moray, an Inca center for agricultural experimentation; we continue along moderate slopes, mostly downhill, towards the village of Maras and the salt pans, ending at the Sacred Valley. This route has some of the best views of the Urubamba Cordillera.

SACRED VALLEY - YANAHUARA - OLLANTAYTAMBO HIKE

HALF DAY HIKE

A mostly flat trek along the river Vilcanota and through Inca terraces and little known archaeological sites will take us to the Inca city of Ollantaytambo. Recommend for those with little hiking experience.

INCA WALLS OF YUCAY HIKE

HALF DAY HIKE

A gentle uphill hike along impressive Inca irrigation channels, followed by cultivated fields and terraces that date back to Inca times and used to this day by the village of Yucay.
